What it designs and supported configurations

Feed-water-driven pretreatment basis, downstream protection targets, UF/MF cleaning and future treatment-train workflows.

Current capability

  • Engineering-preview feed-water and downstream-target basis
  • Flexible unit ordering and technology-specific basis fields
  • UF/MF screening with CEB/CIP chemical, volume, pump, heater, rinse and spent-solution bookkeeping

Development / planned capability

  • Clarification, flotation, filtration, dosing, hydraulics, sludge and dewatering workflows
  • Validated removal performance and whole-train hydraulics remain under development

Required inputs

Design flow, source, temperature, pH, turbidity, TSS, SDI, TOC/DOC, metals, oil, algae risk and downstream targets.

Main calculated outputs

Reviewable train basis, CEB/CIP consumption, preliminary pump/heater duties, rinse and spent-cleaning streams.

Assumptions and defaults

Jar/pilot/plant data take precedence; cleaner and removal assumptions remain explicit.

Known limitations

Coming Soon. No generic removal guarantee, cleaner endorsement, final equipment selection or unsupported value is implied.

INTEGRATION ROLE AND MATURITY

Progressive integration, clearly disclosed.

Designed to protect downstream processes; treated-water, additions and waste context may be handed off as maturity permits.

Illustrative engineering capacity returned

3–9 h focused UF/MF cleaning study; 6–20 h conceptual train

Illustrative planning assumption—not a measured customer outcome or guarantee. Actual time depends on project complexity, data quality, current tools, alternatives, review requirements and user experience.

Sample-report state

UF/MF CEB/CIP design-basis sample state: planned publication. Validated, sanitized sample artifacts are currently unavailable; publication is planned. No downloadable evidence is implied.

Pretreatment basis and boundaries

Current engineering-preview UF/MF cleaning basis: 3–9 h focused CEB/CIP study. The 6–20 h conceptual train is planned-engine scope. Planned train elements include coagulation, sludge thickening and filter press.

Current OEM/vendor instructions supersede stored references. No unpublished cleaner is auto-populated; specialty CEB requires product/OEM approval. Project-specific losses control hydraulics, and unsupported removal remains blank or an explicit user assumption.
